There is free parking in the large lot along the front and side of the building, and there are typically plenty of open spaces. Come in through the front double doors beneath the large tree.

Once inside, continue straight down the hallway. You will pass the stairs on your right, followed by the elevator. Back Bar Skincare is the first door on the right just after the elevator.

If you arrive a few minutes early, you are welcome to wait in the main retail area. There is a pink bench to sit on and products to look through and smell while you wait. I will come out to greet you and get you started as soon as I am ready for your appointment.

Inside the Studio

The studio has soft lighting, cream and sage details, a heated treatment bed, and shelves filled with the products used during appointments and customized home routines.

Your consultation, facial, and skincare conversation all happen here. Everything needed for the appointment is within the studio, from the products and tools used during the treatment to the recommendations we talk through before you leave.

How Your Appointment Begins

We start by talking.

I will ask what you have been noticing, how your skin has been feeling, what you are currently using, and what you would like help with. You can bring questions, products, or a full routine, or come in without knowing where to begin.

From there, I look at your skin and customize the facial within the amount of time you booked. You do not need to choose every product, technique, or treatment step before you arrive.

During Your Facial

Once we have a plan, you will settle into the heated treatment bed and the facial begins.

Some clients like to talk through skincare and ask questions. Others would rather relax and be quiet. Both are completely welcome.

Your treatment may focus on dryness, breakouts, congestion, sensitivity, texture, pigmentation, aging changes, or simply giving your skin and body time to rest.

Your skin can change from one appointment to the next, so your facial can change too.

Before You Leave

At the end of your appointment, we will talk through what I noticed, what your skin responded well to, and what may be helpful at home.

Recommendations are practical and built around what you will realistically use. The goal is not to send you home with a complicated routine. It is to help you understand what your skin may need and how each product fits.

Products are available in the studio, but there is never pressure to purchase.

Questions before you book

What makes a Back Bar facial different?

Every facial is built around what your skin is doing that day. Instead of choosing from a long menu of add-ons, you choose the time that works for you and I adjust the treatment from there.

How do I know which facial to book?

Choose based on the amount of time that fits your day and budget. The Spritzer is 30 minutes, the Booster is 45 minutes, the Back Bar Facial is 75 minutes, and the Top Shelf is 95 minutes. If you are new to Back Bar, the First Visit Experience includes a customized 45-minute Booster Facial and a $25 product credit.

What should I expect at my appointment?

Before your appointment, you'll fill out paperwork so I can review your skin history, what you're using, and anything else I should know. When you come in, we'll go over that together and chat more about your skin before we get started.

Most people undress down to their underwear and get under the blanket on the heated bed while I step out, then I come back in and start the facial.

What is included in the facial?

Everything is included in the time you book. I build the facial around what your skin is doing that day, which may include cleansing, exfoliation, extractions if needed, massage, and treatment support like red light, ultrasound, or nanoneedling when it makes sense.

Can a facial help with breakouts, dryness, or redness?

Yes. The approach changes based on what your skin needs that day, so we can calm things down, clear buildup, or support your skin without overworking it.

How do I book?

You can book online anytime. Returning clients can choose the facial time that works best, and I will customize the treatment from there. New clients can begin with the First Visit Experience or explore all the options on the Find Your Facial page.

In the treatment room, the back bar is where estheticians keep the products used to build each facial in real time.

That’s the mindset I bring into everything I do at Back Bar Skincare.

When you come in for a facial, we look at what your skin is showing and build the treatment from there. The same idea carries into the skincare I create.

Over time, we build your version of a back bar at home. A routine that fits your skin and your everyday life.

My goal is simple. I want you to feel confident when you reach for your products, knowing what they do, why you are using them, and how they support your skin.
